Took a muddy and wet coast path run up and down hills to a nearby beach 1.46 miles distant and did a sprint of 180 bpm, maybe 185 bpm for a few minutes before pausing to go through a Lau Gar set and a Tai Chi form. Walked up the hill to pay a 10 minute visit before returning along the coast path home and finishing with another short sprint on the beach at the other end. Got in to the rhythm and cruised up the gradients feeling quite strong in the legs.
Just had time for a bite to eat and sit down before going to a 2 hour kung fu session with fitness and sparring. Arms now covered in bruises.
Another great day of exercise which I'm starting to quite enjoy.
