Knee recovery time

The knee is still in need of recovery before I do anything too vigorous so it was another day for core exercises. I'm not sure if any of this counts towards Janathon but I don't just want to give up on myself.


Spent 10 minutes doing alternate sets of sit-ups and press-ups totalling 140 sit-ups and 80 press-ups. Got the heart rate going quite nicely and just exceeded yesterdays count although didn't push myself to the limit.


Finished with 10 minutes of Qi Qong.


The running gear is all washed and ready while the GPS and shuffle are sitting waiting for me on the table, all charged and ready to go.
