Took the dog for a brisk half hour walk in the fields this morning.
Went to Kung Fu for 2 hours training and took the dog for another vigorous walk as soon as I got home.
Beautiful glowing evening with smells of honeysuckle and blackbirds singing their evening song. I would have been happy to stay out a lot later but had to get back to get ready for tomorrow.
