I don't feel like doing a long blog tonight. Went for a run on a new route which ended up being 6 miles. My ham-strings were still aching and felt very stiff plus my ankles which I had injured previously seemed to be lacking elasticity - in fact all my body was. It's something I notice after a 6 miler so maybe that's my max.
Just as well I was doing a Qi Gong/Tai Chi class. All I need now is a long bath in radox.
I'm glad tomorrow is a non-running day.
