Short but sweet.

What a brilliant training day! Two hours of Kung Fu which was my exercise for the day and we even did half an hour of circuit training: running punctuated with bench press-ups, bench steps, bench sit-ups, bench tricep lifts, bench split jumps, followed by 20 minutes sparring. Excellent work out.


I even slipped in a high speed dog walk this morning but only had time for 20 minutes.


So far, I'm having a great time with Juneathon and gradually regaining my normal energies. Hoorah!
